"
Statement: "I investigate the boundaries between humans, machines, and animals through creative interactions with living systems. Drawing on techno shamanic practices, Mayan cosmovision, and scientific research, I design spaces and objects that allow avatars and non-human entities to re-imagine reality—system making. My work aims to disrupt conventional experiences, embracing the unexpected and addressing environmental loss through speculative exploration, humor, and horror. I connect physical and digital space by fostering dialogues among ideas of landscape, characters, and audiences—seeking a common language. The space in-between. In my creations, bodies transform, and deep time merges with digital time; Rocks, animals, and objects act as storytellers with equal agency, challenging anthropocentric perspectives. I encourage audiences to change their viewpoints through expanded cinema, performance, and interactive sculptures. Instead of lamenting endings, my work presents a playful apocalypse, where collapse signifies transformation. I create art that aspires to continuous change and decay—reactive systems that evolve with interaction, reflecting the processes of birth, growth, and postmortem. "
